About Socially Together

An Adelaide disability support provider with a new, focused management team and the same support workers families know.

Our story

[Placeholder: a short history of Socially Together, when it started and who it has supported.]

In October 2026, Socially Together came under new ownership. Our support workers stayed with us, and so did the operational knowledge that keeps services running smoothly. We’ve strengthened the management team with a sharper focus on quality, communication and getting back to people quickly.

Supported by Oyster Care Foundation

Oyster Care Foundation is a registered charity and NDIS provider supporting people with disability across New South Wales. Its systems, training and experience now support our team in South Australia.
